Seversk (Siberian Chemical Combine)
Seversk (Siberian Chemical Combine) is a enrichment facility operated by TVEL Fuel Company in Russia. It has a capacity of 3,800 tSWU/yr as of 2026, about 6% of world enrichment capacity.
The smallest of the four, on the same site as Russia's only operating conversion plant, so Seversk covers two consecutive stages of the chain in one place. Re-equipment with ninth-generation centrifuges began in December 2025 and is due to finish in 2027.

At the market indicator. 3,800 tSWU/yr of nameplate capacity, valued at US$ 200.00 per SWU spot, comes to roughly US$ 760 million a year, or US$ 695 million at the long-term indicator. Treat both as scale, not revenue: most volume moves under contracts signed years earlier at prices neither figure reflects, and nothing here is netted against the cost of producing it. The indicators, and forty years of history behind them, are on fuel market prices.
