Recording began when this feature went live, so an empty list means nothing has changed since, not that nothing ever did. A change is only reported when two successive readings from a working feed differ; a feed that fails produces no alert. For Great Britain, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, France, Czechia and Switzerland, "back to normal" means no outage is declared, not that operation was confirmed. An earthquake alert is distance, not shaking. See the live outage list and every recent earthquake.
