NS Sevmorput
NS Sevmorput is a nuclear-powered cargo ship operated by Rosatomflot, powered by KLT-40 of about 135 MWt. Operating.
The only nuclear-powered merchant ship in service anywhere. A container and lighter-aboard-ship carrier that can break 1.5 metres of ice, it needed refuelling only once up to 2003. Approved for decommissioning around 2014, it was returned to service in 2015 instead.
