P4 1300 MWe series
The P4 1300 MWe series is a Generation II pressurised water reactor from Framatome. 20 units are operating and 0 are under construction, out of 20 on record.
The 1300 MWe series that followed the 900s, a four-loop plant with a double-walled containment and no steel liner, relying on the annular space between the two concrete walls to collect and filter leakage. Built at Paluel, Saint-Alban, Flamanville, Belleville, Cattenom, Nogent, Penly and Golfech. GNPT does not distinguish the later P'4 sub-series, which changed the building layout rather than the nuclear island.
