A 300 MWe simplification of the licensed ESBWR, using natural circulation instead of recirculation pumps. Selected for Darlington in Ontario, where construction of the first unit began in 2025, the first SMR construction start in a G7 country, and by TVA for Clinch River. Unlike most SMR designs it runs on conventional LEU, so it does not depend on HALEU supply.
